Hungry For Your Touch

I thought about it today. It’s been four years since anyone has touched me. The last time was my ex and it was us being intimate one more time before breaking up. That was in March 2014, how terrible is that? I hate Tinder, it’s hard for me to get intimate and let myself go, I do not like one night stands… But I can’t do it anymore, I need to be touched. I decided that I could not continue like this when I saw myself approaching a guy creepily in the subway at rush hour just to feel his body. For a year now, I have been going to this spa every time I can afford it. There’s this masseur working there and he is tall, tattooed, strong but sweet and affectionate, tender and kind. His touch fills me with heat, during those 60 minutes I feel like I am in another world. I think I am going crazy because I want his touch so much. I’m obsessing over him like the character in I LOVE DICK. I don’t know what to do!

Hungry For Your Touch is about the power of human connection and physical touch. But what does an absence of touch do to a person? Touching each other is what keeps us connected and peaceful, it is essentially what makes us human. This sensual massage porn directed by yours truly is a romantic, dream-like fantasy of a woman who after going through a break-up, is longing for somebody to touch her, to love her and to make her feel connected to herself and the world around her.

The Lust Year In Review

$

We’re coming to the end of 2019 and what a year it has been. I celebrated 15 years of Erika Lust; released my first virtual reality film; took The Lust Tour on the road to more countries; released more sex documentaries; launched a new US studio… plus much, much more! Thank you to every one who continues to support me on this journey and gets involved with the Lust mission. In 2020 I want to continue spreading the joy of sex positivity through beautiful adult cinema and showing the world that everybody’s pleasure is equally important.

But first, here’s a Lust Year in Review…

I shot and premiered my first ever VR film; 360° of Lust

View this post on Instagram

2019 has been very exciting, especially since I released my first virtual reality film, '360º of Lust'. It was amazing to feel all the energy and positive reactions from everyone who put on a headset, in London, New York, Barcelona and all around the world. Now you can be part of the experience by visiting XConfessions(dot)com/film/360-of-lust💞 Which city would you like The Lust Experience to go next? 👀 360º of Lust- ft @kali.sudhra @themickeymod @katanax_official @julia_roca_x Special thanks to @ohrangutang @healthishell @fullerfigurefullerbust @vivalavahn @eladarling @weareanagram @mirikane @abaixadors10 @thegrouchoclub #jointhelustexperience #xconfessions #360oflust

A post shared by Erika Lust (@erikalust) on

360º of Lust is fully immersive, cinematic VR and the ultimate voyeur’s fantasy – every sound, moan and touch will follow you on your journey around the space. Kali, Katana, Julia and Mickey take you to a  360º emotive virtual world, and it is free for everyone to watch!

We made a lot of noise with our masturbation month campaign in May

Sadly, talking about masturbation for women is still a huge taboo. With my sex documentary Female Pleasure Circle, I wanted to break the taboo around female masturbation once and for all. Masturbation is self-care and there is absolutely nothing shameful about it. Period.

I collaborated with amazing people for Masturbation Month. I interviewed the infamous Dr. Betty Dodson who has been one of the principal voices for women’s sexual pleasure and health for over three decades. I also produced several explicit videos with experts from around the world for The Lust Ed Video Series about topics such as partnered masturbation, masturbation & disability, squirting and much more!

I celebrated senior sex with Soul Sex with John & Annie

Soul Sex with John and Annie was a very special project for me. Not only did I get to work with John & Annie who are two of the most inspiring people I have ever met, I got to shoot my first ever movie about sex in later-life. After this experience, I can promise you that it won’t be the last. The entire creative process of this movie was such a rewarding experience and I learned SO much I didn’t know before. I think it is so important that we start shifting our view on senior sex. We need to stop ignoring seniors and their desires and start representing them in porn and sex education.
I’m so grateful to everyone for their response to this movie, it turned out I wasn’t the only one it made an impression on! You can read what the press said about it here:

And we were lucky to have the wonderful Joan Price guest writing for the blog on Sexually Invisible Seniors and How We Can Increase Sexual Pleasure in Later Age
Relaunching LustCinema as a new US Studio and shooting my first feature length film, The Intern

I re-launched LustCinema as a new US based studio for lovers of cinema and sex. Alongside other female directors we are releasing Original feature length films and series, which launched with my first feature film The Intern
I was selected as one of BBC’s 100 most influential women of 2019

This was such a big moment for me, thank you so much to BBC 100 Women for selecting me and inviting me to speak at their conference on the future of pornography. I had such an amazing time, you can see a video of my Q&A at the conference here.

Mums Make Porn aired on Channel 4

I took part in the Channel 4 series Mums Make Porn, helping five mums from the UK to make their first adult film!

The three part documentary series showed the reality of dealing with pornography for the “average” mum in the UK. It followed five mums, unsatisfied with the content that their kids could be seeing online (with just 2 clicks), as they set out to make their own film with the help of industry experts. The series shone light on the issue and the absolute need to speak to your children about pornography from an ever increasingly younger age.
Fighting Online Censorship and Biased Banning

2019 wasn’t all fun and games. Online censorship, shadow-banning and biased banning have hit sex workers, creators of adult content and women and marginalised groups hard this past year.

You can read what I wrote about it for USA Today here; How Instagram censors could affect the lives of everyday women.
I Launched The Lust Ed Video Series – Because We Need Explicit Sex Education For Adults

The Lust Ed is a fun, free, explicit video series for people crying expert advice on sex ed, pleasure, kinks, & sexual health . One of the most popular videos on the series so far is Kali Sudhra’s Explicit Squirting Guide

Free adult sex education videos from porn director Erika Lust [Cosmopolitan]

Breaking Taboos: Shedding Light On Pregnancy Sex

pregnancy sex documentary with Tiffany Doll on xconfessions

I released Pregnancy Sex Doc featuring adult performer Tiffany Doll & her husband Bruno when Tiffany was 7 months pregnant. I had wanted to address this topic for a long time to question and dismantle the dichotomy society creates between sex and motherhood.

The sex documentary was released alongside a content series by women’s health specialist guest writers on my blog covering everything from respectful maternity care to practicing BDSM whilst pregnant.

Top 5 films on XConfessions of 2019

The year 2019 felt like one massive, sexy screen from which we couldn’t turn away. Last but not least, here are the XConfessions films that were the biggest hits of 2019…

Leading the pack is Female Pleasure Circle, my explicit documentary film about female masturbation which over 103,000 subscribers tuned into.

In second place is Michelle Flynn’s Wanderlust featuring Oli and Verde, a real life couple touring and fucking around Australia in a camper van.

Coming up next is Dirty Laundry, my remake of the laundromat liaisons trope with fantastic performances by Viktoria Vaar and Romeo.

BDSM lovers pushed Hunter S. Johnson’s Hunger – Who’s in Charge into fourth place with over 88,000 viewers, proving that a movie about a frustrated employee who is having a toxic and twisted affair with his boss’s wife is something many people want to watch.

Rounding out the top 5 most watched XConfessions movies is Pregnancy Sex Doc, starring Tiffany Doll and her husband Bruno sharing some very intimate moments of their pregnancy.

❤️

Thanks to everyone for such a wonderful 2019!

Lust & kisses, Erika Lust x

Fucking Scary: The Fog on XConfessions

I love laying in bed with my better half spending the entire night watching horror movies and getting our fingers greasy with weirdly flavoured crisps.
Well, sometimes (or actually MANY TIMES), I end up imagining how that movie would look like if turned into a porn. Oh, sweet Horrorgasm!
Might be my lover’s knees touching my tight, or his hand caressing my shoulder, or it might simply be that full breast bouncing away from a murderer in a random b-graded horror movie but my imagination runs wild even before the girl gets miserably slashed.
Wouldn’t it be extremely erotic if the killer, instead of pulling out his big, deadly knife, would pull out his big, deadly cock? And wouldn’t it be so hot if the girl, instead of screaming of fear, would scream of pleasure?
Basically what I am saying is, can John Carpenter direct a movie for XConfessions please?

It’s Time to Get Cliterate

Hi Erika,
My favourite XConfessions movie of all times is Tips and Tricks for Suckin’ Dicks by Florence and Reed. The blowjob scene with Parker and Heidi is so hot. I’ve seen it countless times and I’ve actually used the director’s instructions for my personal sex life which has been so much fun! I would love to see a movie just like it with tips and tricks for cunnilingus. Cunnilingus has a reputation of being one of the trickiest sexual acts to perform, but I think that’s completely undeserved. Unfortunately, just like with most things that have to do with pure female pleasure, people tend to just brush it aside as “too complicated”. Well, cunnilingus is one of my favourite things to do in bed and I’m tired of the excuses. Let’s end this mystery around it with some clear instructions on performing delicious cunnilingus.

Florence and Reed, the ladies behind the Youtube channel ComeCurious, are back on XConfessions! If you have questions about how to give body trembling oral sex, then sit back and take notes. To tease or not to tease, to suck or not to suck… don’t worry, Florence and Reed are here with all of the Tips and Tricks for Suckin’ Clits.

Watch the experts and then go forth and practice! 😛

I Wish I Was a Lesbian on XConfessions

It’s almost the end of Januhairy!

You may have heard of Movember, a month long campaign that has men worldwide sporting moustaches to raise money for testicular cancer, but have you heard of the body positive movement Januhairy?

Hmmm… no, what is it?

The campaign encourages women to grow out their natural body hair and ditch the razors for a month. The idea of starting the year with a month long celebration of female bodies in all their hairy glory sounds pretty perfect to me.

Januhairy started in 2018 when Laura Jackson, a graduate from Exeter University in the UK, started the campaign to empower women to make their own choices about body hair, free from the pressures of societal expectations. Now, all across social media women are bearing their beautiful hair and sharing their personal experiences on the @Januhairy Instagram account.

Into the Flesh on XConfessions

OK, so what?

Why is it important you ask?! Well, while men’s body hair is often viewed as natural and even sexy, a hairy woman is made to feel completely undesirable. Young women grow up believing that they must shave, wax, pluck, laser or epilate every little hair that appears on our body.

It’s now predicted that women spend £8,500 and eight weeks of their lives removing body hair

Female Ejaculation on XConfessions

What if I want to get rid of my hair?

The aim of Januhairy is to empower all women to feel comfortable in their skin, whether you are hairy or not! It’s about giving women a choice to do what they want to do with their body.

Plus, it’s really important to remember that it’s not always a choice for women to grow their hair – for some women it’s uncomfortable, painful or difficult to grow their hair. It’s also important to remember that it’s not just leg, pubic and underarm hair – a lot of women have hair that grows on other parts of their body which are deemed “less acceptable”.

At the end of the day we must all remember that it is a choice and whatever anyone decides to do with their body hair they must feel accepted.

The wonderful @queen_esie shares her hairy experience with us: “I've had chest hair since I was 11. I always felt like I was keeping a secret, always having to hide it and lift up my shirt when it was too low exposing my chest. It became a burden to me and I would cry often about the fact that I was hairy. I would shave, wax, everything necessary to remove it but it scarred my skin, gave me ingrown hair and the hairs came back stronger. Over time through prayer, I learned to accept myself as I am and understand that there was nothing wrong with me but it was societal beauty standards put on us at a young age that made sure for us women to hate ourselves so they could benefit off of us by making billions in the beauty industry. As an artist, I decided to create a project called "Lavender" in the summer of 2019. The project was about female body hair and femininity. I made a lavender coloured dress, wore it and took pictures, making sure my chest hair was visible and posted these pictures on Instagram. It took me almost over ten years to finally I accepted myself as the beautiful woman that I am, made a decision the love myself and want to inspire others to do the same.” 📣❤🌱 #januhairy

Stunning solo release #2 featuring our co-founder Ruby: “My relationship with my body hair is one that is ever changing and growing (pun intended). As someone with a disability, keeping on top of a hair removal regime was rigorous and exhausting. However, it never even occurred to me until a few years ago that letting my body hair grow was even an option! In 2018 I developed a cerebrospinal fluid leak which caused agonising pain every time I sat/stood. Despite this, I continued to use the little energy I had to ensure I was always hairless, even though I was barely leaving my bedroom. Since meeting Laura – and our Januhairy co-founder – the option of being open to growing my body hair has changed my life! Not only do I have more time in the shower, but I have grown to love and accept my whole body in a way that I didn’t know I could. ALL bodies are beautiful, valid and worthy.” @chr0nicallycute 📣👏 📸 @xtheodoreclarkex . . . 💄 @kathrynpridgeon . . . White underwear set by @neonmoonco #januhairy

I don’t do drag to impersonate a woman, I do it to expose the fragility of masculinity. Keeping my body hair lets people know that I’m consciously rejecting my ‘masculinity’ in favour of something else… All that aside – lots of women don’t shave, and lots of men do – you should do whatever makes you happy!” . . . Crystal, will be doing a JANUHAIRY TAKEOVER next week, bringing a new perspective on body hair and gender stereotypes! 💄🌵 . . . With respect to her #januhairy takeover, Crystal says…“As a cis man, it’s not my place to tell women what to do with their bodies. But, I think we can all benefit from having a think about what we do for ourselves, and what we do because society tells us to. That’s definitely what my drag is all about!” We CANNOT WAIT for this takeover! So keep your eyes peeled for hairy updates! #rupaulsdragrace #dragqueen #januhairy

“Pyörii niinku puolukka pillussa” vanha suomalainen sanonta kuvaa tänään niitä, jotka ei malta pysyä paikoillaan ja on aina tekemässä liian montaa asiaa samaan aikaan. Maanantaista perjantaihin oon sidottu normeihin, uskomuksiin, työhön ja kaavoihin. Haluaisin päästää eläimen itsessäni vapaaksi ja seurata mihin puolukat mua vie.

There is an old Finnish saying: “Pyörii niinku puolukka pillussa” (spinning around like a lingonberry in a vagina). The origin of it remains a mystery. Nowadays the saying is connected to the behaviour of people like me: people who cannot stay still and who are always doing too many things at the same time. I feel tied and tired with all the norms, beliefs, patterns and work. From Monday to Friday I’m performing the same ritual. I wish I could just let the primal animal in me free and explore where the berries Tuohimarja lead me.

I’m happy to welcome back my Finnish neighbours, Lynx Ymir & Pris Juno, with the latest release on XConfessions CATBERRY JUICE. The film captures Lynx enjoying a day off from work at home, doing daily things whilst having fun and trying not to let external influences be too distracting.

And wow! What an original short film and a brilliant performance by Lynx which beautifully and expertly captures the restlessness of “Pyörii niinku puolukka pillussa”. Lynx & Pris also hope to use the film to question established beliefs of how individuals should behave and how certain objects should be used (you’ll know what they mean once you’ve watched the film 😉)

Anyway, it’s beautiful and it’s completely unique. Go check it out on XConfessions now and let me know what you think!

How Super Bowl sex trafficking myths hurt actual sex workers. Despite evidence that major sporting events do not actually cause sex trafficking, law enforcement continues to act on the Super Bowl sex trafficking narrative. There is however evidence that the flawed, simplistic and misleading myths that they pedal actually make it more difficult for trafficking victims to get help. [Mic]

Safe & Responsible Choking

This Week’s Guide: Safe & Responsible Choking with a Partner

Are you interested in choking during sex? Perhaps you’ve tried choking in the past or you’ve been asked to choke someone else. Maybe you’ve read a lot about choking in the news recently and you’re terrified at the thought of it. Or maybe you’re one of the many people who have experienced someone trying to choke you during sex without asking for your consent first.

Or, of course, you could be one of the millions of people who have seen choking in pornography. In a lot of the stereotypical mainstream pornography on the tube sites, choking is presented as a very common fantasy and a normal part of sex. It’s often shown as something that is done on autopilot with no discussion of consent or boundaries beforehand. And it’s almost always shown as something a man does to a woman, we very rarely see it in reverse. Like anything to do with sex, you absolutely can not and should not try to learn about choking from porn.

Choking is a kink, it is not a regular low-risk activity – it can be inherently life threatening if it’s not done properly. It always requires discussion beforehand, consent, and appropriate safety measures. Choking is not something you should ever presume someone likes without speaking to them first. It can be very dangerous so you must do your research, speak to your partner about it and be very careful.

Whatever your thoughts on choking, the fact is that a lot of people are very interested in it and it’s now a pretty common kink. Some people who like choking – or erotic asphyxiation – say it can heighten sexual arousal and make orgasms more intense. Other people like it for a huge variety of other reasons. So with this in mind, I want to give you some tips on how to use choking during sex responsibly and safely.

This guide will focus on partnered choking and not solo auto-asphyxiation. Please remember that self administered choking is a more dangerous practice and comes with it’s own unique risks and dangers.

Step 1. Do your research

SWITCH on XConfessions

Depending on where you live you may be able to visit your local sex shop to attend a workshop and receive proper instructions on how to choke someone safely. Because of the potential dangers, I really recommend speaking to a professional or someone who is experienced in erotic asphyxiation before attempting any activity – they can help you learn the proper anatomy, answer questions and direct you to additional resources.

If these facilities are not available to you, you must do your own research at home. Take time to learn about the anatomy of the neck, head and chest. This will help you better understand the limits of pressure and force. Learning the anatomy will also highlight the importance of proper hand placement, or where to place restraints like belts or ties.

Step 2. Boundaries and Expectations

Lust Guide To The XConfessions App - Safe and responsible choking - Erika Lust

Before any choking takes place, everyone involved must establish boundaries. This discussion should happen well before you are in the heat of the moment and should cover everyone’s expectations aswell as the timing and the intensity of the choking. Be sure to ask yourself (or your partner) these questions before you start:

  • Do you want to be choked during penetration, during foreplay or closer to climax?
  • How intense do you want it to be?
  • What are you looking to experience from this?
  • What is it about choking that turns you on?

Everyone should know all of the details before you start. And of course consent should still be given at each stage of play, even after these conversations.

Step 3. Safe word gesture

Wanderlust on XConfessions

This is very, very important! As with every type of BDSM activity you should have a safe word, but due to the nature of choking it is also recommended that you choose a safe word gesture. This could be anything from holding an object and dropping it when you’d like to stop, or tapping three times on your partner’s hand, or clicking your fingers.

Side note: Do not practice choking or any breath control activity if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You must both be in a clear headspace and able to consent at every stage.
Step 4. Learn how to touch the neck

‘F*ck, Kill, Marry’ on XConfessions

It’s very important that when you start using choking with a partner that you gently press on either side of the oesophagus and figure out the pressure that works for them. Pressing on the outside of the throat cuts off air and blood to the brain from two of the main arteries and can lead to the euphoric symptoms of choking. Do not ever push directly on the front of their neck as this can be very dangerous.

Step 5. Pay attention to your partner

‘Gender Bender’ XConfessions

Your partner should be able to answer you if you ask them a question. If they can’t answer you, stop doing what you’re doing immediately. You should never choke someone so hard that they can’t vocally respond. Make sure you are regularly checking in to get feedback on the pressure that you are applying and where your hands are placed.
Step 6. Aftercare!

Ink Is My Blood on XConfessions

Aftercare is key to every healthy sexual experience. It means that you should be there to support the physical come-down of sex. Aftercare looks different to everyone – maybe it’s cuddling under the duvet, stroking each other’s bodies, or eating some nice food together. Whatever it is be sure to use this time to discuss the sex and the choking, speak about what you liked and what you can adjust for next time to experience even more pleasure!
